Warranty
All products are covered by a 12 Month warranty. (unless otherwise stated)

Returns
If you have ordered the wrong item we are more than happy to exchange it as long as the product is returned within 7 days of purchase and the item is unused and in it's original packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee for returns (excluding Victron Products) that require a refund.
Victron Energy products have a restocking and handling fee of NZD 40+GST or 20% of the value of the goods (which ever is greater) will be deducted from any refund.
This restocking / handling fee will be waived if you are upgrading to a unit of equal or higher value and an alternative purchase is made (exchange).
To be eligible for a refund, the returned goods must be received by us unused, in the original unmarked packaging and without transport damage.
Some products cannot be returned. This includes batteries and products without serial numbers (cables, fuses, installation accessories etc.)
Faulty Items
If it item is faulty we will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantees act to provide remedy.
Backorders
If a product is out of stock it will be placed on backorder and you will be notified. If an item on backorder cannot be sourced we will refund you for that item.
